Growing up by the shore in Rowayton, Ct. I was inspired daily by my environment which had a profound effect upon my love of art. Collecting seashells on the sandy beach, watching the light play on the water, and wishing on stars through my window at night as a child are just a few of my most profound memories and I find myself revisiting these themes in my artwork. After graduating from art school in New York, I entered the field of geriatric care where I had the privilege of bringing my love of art and care to elderly residents living with Alzheimer's Disease and Parkinson's Disease. When my niece, Molly, was born I painted my first nursery "sky" and found an outlet where I could introduce art and nature to the very young. It is my intent to bring to you and your child artwork that is as whimsical, fresh, fun, and inspirational as my most treasured childhood memories. Happy to Provide a Free Evaluation!
